плоскость (административного) управления
Совокупность протоколов, используемых для координации всех операций между С- и U-плоскостями, включая обеспечение синхронизации между управляющими и информационными сигналами. В отличие от С- и U-плоскостей, имеющих иерархическую (многоуровневую) структуру, М-плоскость представляет собой монолитный блок протоколов (см. рис. В-6), поскольку выполняемые в ее рамках функции нельзя описать, базируясь только на концепции эталонной модели OSI.
